Warehouse Supervisor

Summary:

Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for leading the warehouse staff and is responsible for inventory cycle counts, inventory accuracy, Work Order kit pulling, shortage filling, inventory transfers and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
  Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Must maintain good housekeeping at all times, should always be tour ready from a 5S prospective.
  • Supervises and participates with inventory put away and system movements of all inventory. and/or validating inventory to maintain the highest degree of integrity.

  • Assists with root causing and reconciling count discrepancies.
  • Must be able to assist, create, update, execute and analyze inventory cycle count reports to maintain or exceed customer and Rocket cycle count requirements.

  • Responsible to ensure accurate controls, work processes, work procedures and work rules are in place, adhered to and maintained by the Stockroom personnel   .

  • Determines and makes decisions or recommendations to management and staff for best practices and process improvements to meet / accomplish the Rocket’s inventory control requirements.

  • Administers inventory control training for the Stockroom personnel to include cycle count processes, cycle count metrics, bin audits, data collection, location maintenance.

  • Assist with Statistical Management Information and KPI’s measuring Rocket inventory performance and service requirements provided by each customer.

  • Ensure that the Company is represented in a professional capacity at all times.

  • Support and liaise with internal and external customers and deal with basic / general requests, issues and recommendations.
  • Support and advise the Inventory Control Manager of all potential supplier / customer / warehousing inventory issues.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience.
  • At least 2 of these years in a Manufacturing company (preferably EMS)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good team player who is independent and self-motivated.
  • Ability to interpret within established procedures and practices as well as exercise independent judgment in complex situations.

Program Manager

 Summary:   The Program Manager is responsible to ensure highest product quality and products manufactured per Rocket policies, procedures, and instructions.   Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  
  • One or more accounts may be assigned to a Program Manager depending on size and or workload
  • Direct customer interface
  • Processing of all incoming customer documents
  • Initiate RMA’s
  • Review and approve Customer Change Orders
  • Authorize Purchases from Vendors
  • Forecasting production capabilities and requirements to achieve customer-scheduling needs.
  • Track and manage work orders in WIP and be able to provide daily status to production control.
  • Initiate Change Control ECO, Deviations.
  • Initiate and Facilitate Technical Inquiries
  • Understand customer documents and how they impact production, materials, cost and labor.
  • Perform MRB Responsibilities per procedure QOP-0013 for Control of Nonconforming product relating to their specified customers
  Minimum Qualifications:
