Rocket EMS employs an exclusive Design for Excellence service utilizing top of the line software and around the clock support. It’s an intelligent program with considerations for short and long term production goals, and checking for right items at the right time in the product development cycle. Our DFX provides a critical function to our front-end engineering process to ensure all problems are resolved prior to assembly start. This will minimize schedule delays and provide quality feedback for yield improvements.
Rocket EMS uses the Valor MSS (Manufacturing Systems Solution) suite as our primary software tool for DFM. It includes the Valor NPI and Valor VPL modules that provide a smooth transition from PCB design to fabrication, assembly and test.
